RETURN POLICY

Exchange or Return If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it for an exchange or a refund.

When the returned item is received, we process the refund or the new order for your replacement item. We ship it to you with no additional shipping charge. Plaese note the following limitations:

• Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase
• You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please send an e-mail to troels@rubberduckbrand.com
• Items must be returned in an unused condition, or it cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

How to Exchange If you would like to exchange merchandise purchased from the Rubber Duck Online Store for a different size or color please follow these instructions:

1.Please email troels@rubberduckbrand.com for a return authorization.

2.Please provide a brief reason for your dissatisfaction.

Mark the package: “RETURN”. Please allow 2-3 weeks for receipt and processing of your return. When the returned item is received, the value of your returned item will be credited back as soon as our Returns Department has completed processing your return (usually within 2 weeks). Once your credit is processed, a copy of the credit memo will be mailed to your billing address.
