Q. Why can't I add items to my shopping bag?
Your web browser probably has "cookies" disabled. Enable cookies to allow us to "remember" what's in your shopping bag. Some people are worried that cookies can be used for profiling or even planting viruses. Rubber Duck does not subscribe to either of these practices.

Q. What is your return policy?
Rubber Duck guarantees all products we manufacture and sell at our online store to be free from defects of workmanship.

We will gladly replace or refund you for any defective items you wish to return.

If you're unsatisfied with the fit, quality, color, or size of an item you may return it and choose an item in another size or color. We will gladly replace any item that you're not completely happy with.

Please note the following limitations:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days from date of purchase.
  • You must obtain a return authorization from our customer service department before sending item back. Please send a mail to customerservice@rubberduck.com.
  • Items must be returned in an unused condition, or they cannot be accepted for exchange or return.

Q. What countries does your online store serve?
Our USA online store serves: USA (excluding Alaska, Hawaii and US Territories) Canada and international orders.

Q. What payment types do you accept?
We accept payment by PayPal and electronic checks.

Q. What are your shipping options, policies, and prices?
Rubber Duck offers several shipping options at reasonable rates - including free shipping to some regions. For complete details please refer to our Shipping Information.

Q. What happens after I place my order?
Upon placing your order you will receive an e-mail confirmation to make sure your information is correct and that all the items you've requested are available for immediate shipment. Our shipping department then packs your items and ships them. A second e-mail confirmation is sent when your order has been shipped.

Q. Why am I not receiving any e-mail confirmations?
Please check your "spam" filter settings. By rejecting unwanted junk e-mail, you may be inadvertently blocking our messages. Some web-based e-mail (such as Yahoo, Google, or Hotmail) may block e-mail from unknown senders; you may need to deactivate these settings or check your "junk mail" folder.

When you get an e-mail from Rubber Duck, we suggest you choose to "allow sender". This will permit future e-mail from Rubber Duck to reach you without further problems.

Q. How can I ask a question about ordering?

Step-by-step guide on how to make a purchase

  1. Find the product you want, choose the right size and press the (add to cart) button
  2. If you are satisfied with the content of your shopping cart, press the (proceed to checkout) button
  3. Add a duck
    When proceeding to checkout you are given the chance to support a good cause by adding a rubber duck to your shopping cart
    Press the (add a duck) button or press the (no, thanks) button at the bottom of the page
  4. Customer Details
    Login to your account or fill in your customer details and press (create account)
  5. Shipping Method
    Select your preferred shipping method and press (continue)
  6. Review Purchase
    Review the purchase details and press (accept and pay) button
  7. Payment Method
  8. You will now be taken to a secure external Rubber Duck payment page. Here you can choose to pay with any of the listed credit cards or login to your PayPal account. Once your payment is completed, you will receive an order confirmation on your purchase. The transfer of the money will happen, once the goods are shipped.
  9. Sit back and await the arrival of your goods.
